Pedagogy and Learning Resources
This programme is structured in a manner to combine intensive educational-cum-experiential dimensions in an effective learning exercise. This will be achieved through a mix of on-campus pedagogy and continuing organisational exposure.
In each term, the participants will have 12 days campus immersion and will be exposed to a variety of pedagogy consisting of simulation exercises, case analyses, industry presentations, lectures, discussions, assignments, projects, role plays etc. The classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with multimedia and audio-visual aids to facilitate the teaching-learning process.
After attending the classes in each term, the participants will be briefed on the projects (on the basis of the courses attended) that are required to be done. The participants would do the projects in their organization. During the course of project work, the participants will keep in touch with the faculty through e-mail, telephone, as well as in person, if location permits, which will ensure continuous learning. The participants would also be encouraged peer learning. At the end of each term, the participants will make presentations of the work done by them before the faculty.
The participants are encouraged to use the Library Resource Centre (LRC). Our centrally airconditioned and fully computerised LRC has an impressive collection of business databases, corporate annual reports, a collection of 400+ e-books, a large CD compilation and more than 25000 volumes.
