As a platform to exchange the financial resources from savings surplus units to savings deficits units, it has many dimensions that can be adopted as career for gainful employment. The capital market has witnessed many interesting phases of boom to burst, innovative instruments, unprecedented scams and last but not the least myriad of players in form of investors as well as Intermediatory. As a result, the career opportunities in capital market have also increased and thereby the demand for specilised professionals like fund managers, marketing managers, equity research is growing
Further, career as an independent financial planner or investment consultant has tremendous future. Currently, such services are offered to only to HNIs. But as the savings quantum is continuously growing, the services of such consultants shall be required across the society.
Hence in order to cater these needs, “Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market” has been designed. This diploma programme is an intensive educational programme, offered for a period of about 45 weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and spread over one year.
