Fifteen percent of the intake is likely to be reserved for admission to NRI/NRI sponsored students. Over and above fifteen percent seats are also allocated to Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Foreign Students/Children of Indian workers of Gulf countries and South East Asia.
Eligibility :
A three-year bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or its equivalent in any discipline from a statutory university. Candidates appearing in the final examination of a bachelor's degree can also apply.
In addition, the applicants have to produce a certificate from their parents or in-laws that the applicant is in family business and will join his/her family business after the completion of the programme. The applicant has to provide information about his parents/in-laws business in documentary form.
Admission Procedure
Application Form
Prospective candidates are required to fill in the application form. To obtain the application form and prospectus, applicants should send a request along with a demand draft for Rs. 1500/- favouring Institute of Management, Nirma University payable at Ahmedabad.
The candidates can also download application from the website and send the filled-in application form along with a DD for Rs.1500/-. NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign Students/Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/Gulf Countries and South East Asia Candidates should enclose a bank draft of US$ 75 or Rs. 3500/- along with the completed application form in addition to the regular application fee of Rs. 1500/- or US$ 25.

Selection Process
The selection procedure for admission consists of two steps :
Written Test
The applicants are required to appear for the written test to be conducted by the Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur. The test consists of the following four sections :
Quantitative Skills
Verbal Skills
Logic and Data Interpretation
Social and General Awareness
Each section consists of 30 questions. The total of 120 questions are to be attended within two hours. Negative marks will be assigned for wrong/incorrect answer. The test will be objective type with multiple choice items.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview
Candidates short-listed on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for group discussion and personal interview.
The final selection to the programme would be based on the candidate’s performance in the written test, group discussion and personal interview.
The following weightage will be given for each component of the selection criteria :
Written Test : 70%
Personal Interview : 20%
Group Discussion : 10%
