Therefore, the Institute has evolved a model of symbiotic relationship with the industry. Executive Education Centre of the institute is the fulcrum of the Institute–industry symbiosis. The Centre provides an excellent environment for practicing managers and the academicians to come together and exchange their learning.

Learning is a continuous process aimed at creating and sustaining value for both the individual and the organization. The institute offers a number of Executive Education Programmes on various themes of management. At the Executive Education Centre, the participants bring with them their own work experience and knowledge. The faculty brings in its knowledge of best management practices. In the process, not only that both the parties benefit from each other’s knowledge; but their interactions result into the advancements in both, the theory and the practice. The Centre also provides a good platform for networking. Thus the practicing managers come to the Centre, participate in the process of creating new knowledge, network, and return to their respective organizations with value addition. As an institution of knowledge creation and dissemination, it has been our continuous endeavour to provide value-generating programmes.

Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad conducts Executive Diploma Programmes in Marketing, Finance, and HRM for working executives and entrepreneurs, who want to upgrade their management knowledge and skills for ensuring a better career progression.

The Institute offers Executive Education Programmes (EEP) of three days duration on various themes of management for helping practicing managers learn the best management practices in the area of their work and upgrade their specific skills. Last year the Institute offered a dozen Executive Education Programmes & a couple of workshops, all of which were well subscribed by the corporates.

We have evolved a unique methodology of CAS (Case, Application, and Simulation), wherein we ensure experiential learning through case studies, business games, role plays, application oriented discussions and simulations. This makes the whole process more reality- centric and creates the maximum impact.

We also have been conducting company specific executive training programmes. Some of our clients are Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., Oil and Natural Gas Corporations Ltd., All India Radio, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd., British Council, etc.
